Adult classes are held once a week for a total of four classes a month.

Mondays

  • 5:30pm - 7:30pm
  • 7:30pm - 9:30pm

Wednesdays

  • 8:00am - 11:00am
  • 12:00pm - 3:00pm

Thursdays

  • 5:30pm - 7:30pm
  • 7:30pm - 9:30pm
